A new Bedgear mattress protector or encasement must be purchased with the sleep set to ensure the mattress is kept free from soiling and stains. All sets are subject to final inspection prior to making an exchange.

Bear’s Comfort Guarantee
Congratulations on your purchase of a new sleep set from Bear’s! Our certified sleep specialists have worked with you to help select the best mattress to suit your needs – both in comfort and support. There will be an initial adjustment period as your body gets acclimated to the new sleep set. However, we recognize that there may be a chance your purchase doesn’t fit at home as well as it did here in the store, so we have implemented Bear’s Comfort Guarantee. Here’s how it works!
A new Bedgear mattress protector or encasement must be purchased with the sleep set to ensure the mattress is kept free from soiling and stains. All sets are subject to final inspection prior to making an exchange.
o Your mattress protector has a 10-year warranty! If it breaks down or fails to protect your valuable purchase, please call 888-705-4001, or send an email to claims@furniturecareprotection.com.
We ask that you use the sleep set for a minimum of 30 nights to become acclimated to the new sleep surface. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, then you may exchange it for another mattress. Bear’s will then grant you an 80% store credit of the mattress price only toward the reselection of your choice. No refunds will be given.

ALL Comfort Guarantee Exchanges must be for the same size mattress & only one (1) exchange is authorized.
The Comfort Exchange is for the mattress only and dependent upon the manager’s approval. If a mattress of greater value is selected, you will be required to pay the difference.
Bear’s Comfort Guarantee does not cover the following: box springs, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, adjustable bases and special-order sizes (i.e. California king or Full XL). If you’re not sure your sleep set qualifies, please ask a sales associate.
After 30 days and prior to the end of your timeframe (depending on the mattress chosen), notify us to set up a reselection time with your sales associate. All exchanges are subject to inspection, and the agreement is void if any stains or damages are discovered.
All Comfort Exchanges will be charged a $99.95 delivery fee.
