On Dec. 8, 2022 my wife and I visited Bear's Mattress #1 in Meadville, PA in search of a new mattress. After a short time in the store, Michael McComas greeted us to the store and wanted to know how he may help us. We related that we have had several mattresses in our married life and currently were in search of a bit softer/comfortable mattress. He asked if we had time to hear about mattress specifications before looking at specific mattresses and we agreed. That information made it much easier to select our new mattress after trying out several units. Quite frankly, we have never had any salesperson, and I do mean never, spend that much time with us nor give us the professional attention, care, or assistance in making our selection.
