On Dec. 8, 2022 my wife and I visited Bear's Mattress #1 in Meadville, PA in search of a new mattress. After a short time in the store, Michael McComas greeted us to the store and wanted to know how he may help us. We related that we have had several mattresses in our married life and currently were in search of a bit softer/comfortable mattress. He asked if we had time to hear about mattress specifications before looking at specific mattresses and we agreed. That information made it much easier to select our new mattress after trying out several units. Quite frankly, we have never had any salesperson, and I do mean never, spend that much time with us nor give us the professional attention, care, or assistance in making our selection. And at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. Hats off to Mike, and we appreciate all the knowledge and advice you provided to us. Amazing experience work with James! He was great, not pushy, honest, and very friendly. We purchased Lazy-Boy furniture through them because Lazy-boy in Howland, Ohio was rude. While we might have looked like country bumbkins since we had unloaded hay all morning we were never treated as less then. Thank you James for the amazing new living room suite!
